Industry challenges
- Obsolete CNC controllers and servo drives on precise machines
- Positioning accuracy and feedback integrity
- Limited availability of spare parts for older drive series
Keeping precise machines productive
Machine tools are long-lived capital equipment. When their CNC or drives become obsolete, a retrofit or a reliable repair and spares strategy can keep them in production. NSPL handles diagnosis, repair, spare-part sourcing and control upgrades.

Frequently asked questions
Can motion controls on a machine tool be retrofitted?
Yes, if the machine's mechanical accuracy is still acceptable. A controls retrofit replaces the controller, drives and possibly the feedback system; the mechanics, geometry and axis layout are retained and re-tuned.
